General FAQs

Where is Sky High?

We are in Peacehaven, East Sussex, BN10 8JQ.  See the exact location and get directions here.

Is there parking?

There is free parking at Sky High although please be aware spaces may be limited.

Do you have a spectator area?

Above The Clouds café is open with an excellent choice of hot and cold drinks and food.  It has a viewing gallery so that you can watch in amazement at what your little ones can achieve on the trampolines. You don’t have to pay to watch people or sit in the café/viewing area if you’re accompanying jumpers.

When do I need to arrive for my session?

Twenty minutes before your jump time. There are a few things to run through before you jump – waiver, safety briefing, socks.  If you arrive twenty minutes before your slot, you’ll complete the safety stuff on time and be on those trampolines for the whole 55 minutes that you’ve paid for.  If you’re late, I’m afraid the safety briefing will eat into your time in the park. For any of you approaching Peacehaven from a northerly direction, please be aware that you will be driving past Brighton and Hove Albion’s football stadium. On match days the traffic is very busy (especially the Falmer Road to the coast) so please ensure you check fixture dates and leave extra time accordingly.

Can I bring my own food?

You are welcome to bring your own food if you are hosting a non-catered party at Sky High. And if you have specific dietary requirements or need to bring baby food, you are more than welcome to bring it along.

Other than that, our café menu is varied and provides drinks, snacks and meals so there is no need to bring your own. We offer tap water on request in the café and there is a water fountain in the park for the thirsty jumpers.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

We do indeed. Catch up with work, do your online shopping or check Facebook while your kids bounce.

How old do you have to be to jump?

You must be at least five years old to jump in the park in normal freestyle bounce sessions. Pre-school sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays .

How old do I have to be to jump on my own?

You can be at the site on your own from 12 years of age. Children under the age of 12 cannot be left unaccompanied at the park.

Do I need to book online or can I just show up?

You don’t have to book online but it’s the only way you can guarantee a spot.  Despite the fact that the park is massive, we’ll often sell out (especially if we’re hosting a party) and we’d hate for you to be disappointed.  Booking online assures you a spot when you want it.

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?

If you want to book a slot in advance you’ll need to pay with a credit or debit card.  You can pay in cash at the park but if we’re full, you’ll run the risk of having to go home and try again another day.

Do you host parties?

Yes, we host parties for all occasions and all ages.  See the parties page for all the info.

Can I rent the park for a private event?

Yes, although we will need to speak with you to discuss your requirements. Please call 01273 580029.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a booking please give us as much notice as possible. Once a deposit has been paid it is non-refundable.

We will confirm cancellation in writing.

When and how do I sign the waiver?

You can complete the waiver by following a link in our confirmation email, by visiting the waiver section on our website or at the waiver station at the park on the day (however at busy times this may delay your entrance and reduce your bounce time). The waiver will be available as soon as we open our online booking.

Can I sign one waiver for all the members of my group?

No, each person entering the trampoline park to jump must sign an individual waiver.  If they are under 18 their parent/guardian/cater must sign their waiver for them.  A waiver lasts for 12months. Sign your waiver here.

Is Freejumping dangerous?

Sky High Trampoline Park has had safety at its heart from the very concept, through the architectural plans to the build to the training of park attendants.  However, trampolining is, by nature, a high-energy sport and as such accidents and injuries can occur.  It is comparable to sports like freestyle snowboarding or skateboarding.  We deliver a safety briefing to all jumpers before they get onto the trampolines and we advise that all jumpers exercise caution until they are comfortable with the layout of the park and sure of their own ability.

Are there any weight or height limits?

The weight limit for our trampolines is 19 stone/120kg. There is no height limit.

Can I jump with a medical condition?

If you have any sort of medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, you must consult a doctor first and telephone the park to discuss whether jumping is safe. Please don’t sign the waiver without talking to us first – it could be dangerous for you and others in the park.

Can I jump if I’m pregnant?

No. This is for the safety of both the jumper and the unborn child.

Clothing / Personal Effects

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes – sports or casual wear is ideal. No denim – it’s a friction issue! No studded clothes or belts and no chains please. We’ll ask you to remove all jewellery before you jump so it might be best to leave it at home.

Why do I need special socks?

Grip socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, reducing the risk of injury especially on our wall trampolines.  We’re legally required to ensure all of our jumpers wear grip socks. We don’t mind whether you bring your own, buy them from us or buy them at another trampoline park and reuse them – we just mind that you wear them. Please note slipper socks must NOT be worn on the trampolines. They are not grip socks and they put the safety of the jumper and other jumpers at risk. They also damage the trampolines.

Can I wear glasses?

You can, but we advise against it as if they fall off they may get broken.  It’s really at your own risk – if you can wear contacts or safety goggles instead for your session, we would advise that you do so.

Do you have lockers?

We have lockers which we operate on a first-come, first served basis. Bring a £1 coin to operate them – you’ll get it back. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Lost and Found

If you think you’ve left something at the park please email with lost property in the subject. We’ll have a good look and do our best to reunite all lost property with its owner.  We do not take responsibility for anything lost at the site.
