Assistant Manager

Everything we do at Sky High is aimed at providing an excellent Customer experience.

We need an amazing team to achieve this and therefore we need the best of the best to be our Assistant Managers.  Previous management experience will be essential but most important with be your drive, commitment and enthusiasm to join us at the earliest stages where you will make a huge difference



Responsibilities include

  • Managing teams of approx. 15 staff
  • Working closely with the owners to create an amazing working environment
  • Ensuring we provide the safest environment for our Staff and Customers
  • Ensuring that we motivate our staff, build great teams and that everyone enjoys the experience
  • Working closely with the other managers to manage your rotas
  • Recruiting, training and developing staff
  • Conducting appraisals
  • The ability to ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Ability to work with all age groups

Skills required

  • Previous management experience will be essential, preferably within a customer facing environment
  • Passion, drive, enthusiasm
  • A “can do” attitude with a “don’t walk by” approach
  • We want people who can bring new ideas and be creative
  • Understanding of health and safety at work
  • Organisational skills
  • Previous recruiting experience
