What and when is it?
Fitness at Sky High will take you to a new level of working out!
We have three fitness to choose from, each giving you a unique way to keep fit:
Mondays 7 – 8pm
Aerobics on a trampoline – it’s that simple.
An all over body conditioning class that burns calories fast whilst having fun. With minimal impace on joints this is a great class for all abilities, especially those who are new to exercise.
Mondays 9 – 10am
Build strength. Increase balance.
This unique class uses the trampolines to increase strength, flexibility and decreases impact on joints with all the benefits of yoga. If you want a little fun in your yoga give it a try.
GRAVITY FIT BOOTCAMP
Wednesdays 7 – 8pm
Saturdays 9 – 10am
Get fit fast.
Incorporating Circuits, HIIT and functional training this class will test your cardio-vascular endurance, strength & core. Using the connected trampolines and surrounding arena you’ll be getting an overall body workout whilst getting fit fast.
Sessions are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. – and if you need to take a break there’s nowhere more comfortable than a springy trampoline. Ria Binney, our resident Bounce Fit instructor, takes you through the basics in this blog post.
